- Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a wide frying pan over medium heat and cook two minced garlic cloves for one minute.
- Add 300 g of the gnocchi to the pan and cook for five minutes until lightly golden.
- Slice 150 g of the ham into thin strips and stir it into the pan.
- Pour in 150 ml of the cream, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and bring to a gentle simmer for two minutes.

- Cut 300 g of the salmon fillet into cubes, then season with salt and pepper.
- Heat one tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium high heat and cook the salmon cubes for four minutes until lightly browned.
- Pour 250 g of the sweet and sour sauce into the skillet and simmer gently for three minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- Heat two pouches of the express rice according to package directions for two minutes.
- Divide the hot rice into two bowls, spoon the glazed salmon and sauce over top, and serve warm.
Crispy Fish Sticks and Fries

- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and spread 400 g of the oven fries onto a baking sheet.
- Bake the fries for ten minutes, then place ten fish sticks onto the same tray and bake together for twelve minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix 150 g of the Greek yogurt with one minced garlic clove, one tablespoon of lemon juice, half a teaspoon of dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Remove the hot fries and crispy fish sticks from the oven, season the fries with a pinch of salt, and serve with the yogurt sauce.
