Smoked Salmon and Cheese Omelette

Eggs and smoked salmon are both in the leaflet this week, so an omelette is an obvious choice. All you need from your cupboard is butter, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
- Whisk 6 eggs with 50 ml of the milk, a pinch of salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Melt 15 g of butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook for 3 minutes until almost set.
- Scatter 100 g of the smoked salmon and 80 g of the pizza cheese across the surface.
- Fold the omelette gently in half and sprinkle with dried herbs.
- Cook for 1 more minute until the cheese melts completely and serve warm.
Baked Potato Gratin with Bacon

A warm gratin is great for cold autumn nights, especially when both the potatoes and lardons are on special. Grab an onion, garlic, and pepper from your kitchen shelf to finish it.
- Heat an oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Fry 100 g of the lardons with 1 chopped onion and 1 minced garlic clove in an ovenproof skillet for 5 minutes.
- Stir 400 g of the potato gratin into the skillet and season with pepper.
- Smooth the top with a spoon and cover evenly with 100 g of the gratin cheese.
- Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
Sausage and Cheesy Fries with Eggs

Fries loaded with melted cheese and local sausages make the ultimate quick comfort meal. You only need a little oil, salt, and pepper from home to put this together.
- Heat an oven to 220 degrees Celsius and spread 500 g of the fries on a baking tray.
- Bake the fries for 20 minutes until crisp, then sprinkle with salt.
- Slice 2 of the sausages and fry them in a skillet with 15 ml of oil for 6 minutes.
- Pile the hot fries onto plates, then layer the cooked sausages and 100 g of the pizza cheese on top.
- Crack 2 eggs into the warm skillet and fry for 3 minutes until the whites set.
- Place 1 fried egg onto each portion of cheesy fries and finish with pepper.
